2CheckOut will allow a direct deposit of funds into any US business account. There is a setup fee associated with this type of merchant account but it does not have any monthly-related fees. Their rates are 45 cents per transaction plus a 5.5% of the transaction amount.
The most used and popular service is that of PayPal which allows both you and your customers to exchange money safely. There is no cost to you as a merchant to open an account and never a cost to your customers to use the service.
